i just recently updated to 9.0.1 and was running the latest Kosmos and Atmosphere. As soon as I installed Tinfoil though, my home brew menu no longer pops up ( I’m holding R) any help?

blawar's Tinfoil hijacks your homebrew menu.
Download latest Atmosphere and replace the files that Tinfoil overwrites, then use this version instead: https://github.com/coniventia/tinfoilmod-releases/releases/
Luckily for you only your home brew menu affected. My cfw stuck at a blank screen after atmosphere logo until i manually delete & replace whatever files affected by blawar's Tinfoil.

Yes and no. blawar created DZ and later renamed it Tinfoil. Meanwhile there is a separate title manager called Tinfoil (not GUI based) which is completely unrelated to blawar. He just chose to use the same name for whatever reason.
I just run the Kosmos updater after every tinfoil/hbg update to fix the hb menu. Hbg was installing mercury as the default hb menu for a while and I hated it but a kosmos update/reinstall fixes everything back to what you'd expect it to be.

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless. -

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
