Because I don't release something like this as full download on warez sites.
It's forbidden to even talk about that on GBATemp.
I'll publish a Tutorial as soon as possible so you can do it yourself, but I won't upload this software on warez sites, lol

sure, But NSPs contain NCAs.
You can't even rebuild Program NCAs legally yet.

- Program.nca
-- exefs
-- romfs (here are the modifications)
-- logo

- Contol.nca
-- romfs/control.nacp

- Manual.nca
-- romfs/htmldocs/legal info stuff

You can try it. This one is not finished and it has problems building Program.ncas
