Greetings and salutations,
I'm Effexion and I'm sorry that my first thread here is asking for help. I'm brand new to this - as will become apparent - and I'm experiencing a number of issues with XBSX2 and My Files Explorer on dev mode and on my Series S. I have traversed the murky waters of Google and nothing seems to work; that is until a glimmer of hope appeared to me in a post from this very forum.
I am having trouble finding my 16GB USB 3.0 when in My Files Explorer. I eventually happened upon this forum and a post that was saying that it was because the app was set to 'app', rather than 'game'. Noticing an attachment of a file where the app was set to 'game' by default, I excitedly downloaded it. However, much to my dismay, it was but an empty .zip.
If someone could help me out here, I'd be more than grateful and perhaps one day I will be able to pass on any wisdom bestowed upon me in these early days.
I'm at the point of drop-kicking my cat and perhaps initiating a suplex on my surly and smug dog.
Many thanks in advance.
