Hacking My 3ds keeps crashing while playing 3ds software

I have luma3ds installed on my new3ds, but the system keeps crashing at random while playing games. The games that have crashed so far are Fire emblem echoes: shadows of valentia and fire emblem fates. I saved my most recent crash dump but it seems like I can't upload it here. Most of the errors look like this:

an error has occurred
arm11 core0
data-abort
translation section
process: iron15

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me.

Check if your SD card is fake, faulty, or dying.

1. Copy everything off the SD card to a computer.
2. Quadruple reformat.
3. Full Write + Verify the empty card in H2testw. Do not skip.

I have already done this a few days ago and my SD card was working properly, according to h2testw.

The result is only valid if the test was done on a completely empty or blank card. If there were files on that card at the time you ran the H2testw program, go back and redo those steps 1–3 to get clean results.

If the 3DS system still exhibits instability, repair the 3DS firmware + custom firmware with CTRTransfer (Type D9) - CTRTransfer. Carefully read and follow the Instructions. For your situation, you can skip ahead to step 5 if the SD card that will be use has already passed H2testw.
