My 3ds doesn't work

For the umpteenth time, my 2DS is having problems again. It's been a while since I last turned on my console, and this time, when I turn it on, I get an error message. Even when I stay in the menu, the console crashes. When I launch a game, it crashes. My Luma version is 13.3.3. I was thinking of formatting my SD card again to delete everything at once and erase any potentially corrupted files. If you have any solutions, I'd appreciate it
