Hacking Multiple copies of Cubic Ninja on SKY3DS - how to set them apart?

It makes sense to have multiple copies of Cubic Ninja on your SKY3DS (f.e. one for Ninjhax, one for NTR CFW, maybe even one for GW). However, normally all of them will look the same in your 3DS home menu, and when cycling through, there's no way to tell which copy you are running now (unless you counted correctly, of course).

Maybe there is some way to change the banner or change some text to set different copies of Cubic Ninja apart from each other? Any ideas?

How about just remembering the order?

have them alphabetical order, with a different small game at the end.
so ninjhax, then ntr, then game X.
