PSP-1000 didn't have video output. Only models 2000 and 3000. I'm almost 100% sure the PSP Go will have it too.

My mistake. I didn't mean the output of video to a television. I meant just watching videos on the psp itself.

I`ve watched videos on yhe psp-200x and the psp-100x and the fact that the psp-200z has that extra level of brightness helps with watching videos. esp in direct sunlight. i could see anything on a psp-100x when riding on the suuny side of the train.
