Hacking MT Card Question

Hi. I have a 4.4 3DS and a MT Card on 2.3. I want to play MM and ORAS, but it is stuck on the loading screen. I dont know if emunand works since the latest is 9.5. What can I do?

You have to manually update your emunand to 9.2 or 9.4 with 3DSNUS or UpdateCDN.
