Self solved.
It really decrypts legitimate carts' savegame.

Does this also mean that "Key Y" can be changed? In order to use retail gamecards, previously used in flashcard classic mode with a non-flashcard 3DS, and convert it back and forth.

what are you talking about, did they say "works with smash bros"....no, information can get out dated, like saying gateway works with all games, in a few weeks nintendo might possibly completely block gateway......does that mean they lied? no, just the situation changed, at the time of them writing it it may of been true

If MT-Card gets negative press, it means bad sales. Therefore it will encourage them to work harder on adding new features/game compatibility in order to get positive press and generate more revenue.

This should be self evident by the number of fake account shilling MT-Card every time there's an update.

does anybody know if there is a way to update the emunand to 7.1 using a rom like you can with gateway or am i stuck on 4.4.

not sure, see if holding up works....seeing as its based on the GW FW it *might* work

Pretty sure Tomodachi is one of the games that relies on 7.x encryption, so no.

wellll....there is another way to update, but it will require you to have a retail game with 7.1 built in

and nop tomodachi life wont work it also uses 7. encryption
