MPlayer 007, version 4 (? dunno, says so in the DOL link).
Region 2 WAD, tested on PAL console, working!

edit: Samba testing

Works surprisingly well!

Did not have any problems streaming LOST and Supernatural episodes (350mb, avi).

Though, I got an ugly code dump while watching a short Alias trailer.

And when I press Home in a video, the folders of the share are empty, so I have to select the share again in the main menu. Not bad, but weird.

How should i input it into the network file, show an example of how i need to do it into the geexbox network file, its confusing,
in the code box, that's basicly how i have mine in mplayers, so how shall i do it for geexbox, and what happens in geexbox does it show up...? (like to where you click right to locate files from sd, or if you have usb loaded, usb)
.. help

Eh, I region free'd that wad. Installed it on my NTSC wii. And tried to play an .avi file. It was around 700 mb? Anyways, the video showed up all distorted. Movie played fine on earlier versions. Maybe it's just the wad? I don't know. Help would be appreciated.

This isn't over the network is it?

I think the wad doesn't change the dol at all... Try copying the original DOL to your APPS folder and compare the video playback.

For me, divx/xvid files play fine in the channel.

MPlayer 007, version 4. This version only plays mp3 one at a time. There is a more up-to-date version that plays mp3 one after the other or at random. (On wiibrew) Is it possible to make a channel from that version?

Yes , I know it dumps code, that is why I ask if someone else can make it into a channel. If I could edit it I would do it. That is why I ask for help. Perhaps I should have explained that.

i dont know but it always kicks me back to the top option whenever i click on the smb option in the mplayer list. it MAY BE due to this being a share on my router. i will try with a simple share on my windows pc. great work on this rodries.
