The latest version of Firefox Beta has the following changes:

The address bar now highlights the domain of the website you're visiting
Streamlined the look of the site identity block
Added support for the latest draft version of WebSockets with a prefixed API
Added support for EventSource / server-sent events
Added support for window.matchMedia
Added Scratchpad, an interactive JavaScript prototyping environment
Added a new Web Developer menu item and moved development-related items into it
Improved usability of the Web Console
Improved the discoverability of Firefox Sync
Reduced browser startup time when using Panorama

... So long as they fix their tabs. I usually about 20-40 open at once, and it fritzes out every time I click on one by scrolling all the way back to the beginning before opening a new tab at the end.

It's fucking stupid. And for some reason, I can't downgrade any longer without the add-ons feature going completely ape-shit.

I agree both Mozilla & Chrome upgrade regularly like every 6 weeks.

As always, I'll wait for the final release. I hate having to update Adblock each and every time they make an update.

Whats wrong with beta's I know they not the final release but beta's give u taste of the bugs they fix and plan on fixing in the finale release u should stop updating Adblock and let Google & Mozilla make your web experience a little better .

Why would I want to have a taste of the bugs? It's not like bugs are something good on a web browser. I can wait for the final release to have my web experience "made better", I'm not in a hurry or anything and ads are a bitch. Adblock has made my web experience much better than Mozilla ever will.

i don't know if it's true but it feels like firefox is actually going faster than chrome now, not in actual advancements, but in version number

I posted FireFox 5 a little over 2 weeks ago and now they already have 6!?! Damn, they've really stepped it up. Fact is the changes are little and not noticeable. I'm not updating until my add-ons have upgraded too

5.0 was released a little while ago; they did mention that they'd be reducing the gaps between actual version numbers.
