Hacking moving from ds-x to acekard 2i and saves are not recognised

okay...i managed to get the save uncompressed by trial and error (just removing bits from the start of the file until winzip would recognise it).

i was then able to extract the raw save, but it was still only like 119k when it should have been 512k and would still not be recognised by the acekard.

i also tried running it through all the converters again to convert it to a full 512k save but no dice....

Try it on your acekard with a game and set the filesize to 4M(Select a game-->Press Y-->Press Y-->Set save type to 4M).

acekard already picks this game up (zelda phantom hourglass) as having a 4m save so it is already set to that, but will still not read it sadly...

Do new save files (created with the AceKard) load properly on the AceKard? There have been several of us recently who couldn't get saves to load at all, so maybe the issue isn't your .sav file.

yes all the saves the acekard itself makes work fine. they save and load as they should. ive tried it with several different games and the new saves it makes itself dont have any problems at all.

it just will not read the old ones
