Hacking Move game saves from OFW to CFW?

Hey,
I just got a new switch with CFW already installed, but I want to transfer my save files from my old switch, to the CFW of my new one.

I thought the best way to do this, is to launch sysNAND, log into my Nintendo account and simply transfer my saves to the new Switch. So now that the saves are on sysNAND, how do I move them into emuEMMC? One thread I found here, says to create a new emuEMMC, but I don't know if Hekate copies my sysNAND or just creates a independent emuEMMC.

Does anyone know a simple and fast way to transfer them to my emuEMMC? Thanks!

You can access SysMMC from pc with tegra explorer, since you are only reading data you should be safe from the risk of ban.
