Is there any homebrew app for 3ds that can transferring DSi games on 3ds to DSi?
I really want to get sudoku on my DSi so I can do sudokuhax.

That's a question that belongs in the FunkeyCIA thread, but just to give an outline:

1) buy sudoku for two dollars
2) Use Godmode9 to dump the enctitlekeys.bin
3) Download & extract funkeyCia, then put the title keys in the fumkeycia folder
4) Install python if you haven't
5) In the funkeycia folder, execute this command:
FunKeyCIA.py -keyfile -title 000480044b344445

After you get the CID and console ID, download the latest release of twltool, and put it in a folder with your nand_dsi.bin. Then, execute this command:

TWLTool nandcrypt --cid [16-byte-long  cid] --consoleid [8-byte-long consoleID] --in nand_dsi.bin --out Nand_DEc.bin
