Is there a way that other unlockables such as Fatalities be exploited via a cheat? Like the one on MK11 Unlock Kolectibles.

Yeah, I think it is a Glitch, or intentional, but if you change Johnny Cage to the Van Damme Skin, next time you run the Game, it will not Save your Choice. You have to keep Changing it.

What I did is the same trick for MK11 that will save your customization.
NOTE: Make sure to enable 90DNS first to avoid auto updates and insta Ban.
. Start the game
. Turn Airplane Mode OFF in the main menu of the game
. Enter Kustomization. NOTE: Disregard the failed message notification
. Apply your preferred costume for Johnny Cage. In our case (Jean-Claude Van Damme).
. Exit Kustomization. You'll notice that the Dragon Logo on the lower right will show-up
. Kongrats. Jean-Claude Van Damme is now the default skin for Johnny Cage each time you load up your game.

NOTE: Make sure to always press A when being asked to proceed with the selected Game Mode. Pressing B might cause to not load your saved Kustomization. When this happens, you have to reboot your game.

It is also happening on my Legit Switch. I got the Premium Version (Card), and it is also not Saving
