Boot9strap should have absolutely no affect on standard firmware operations. Are you sure your card didn't die? I just tested my r4i gold 3ds and it worked fine.
Also you should post a pic of your flashcart.
It may just be time to get a new one.

The problem is that it´s new! My r4 is sdhc 2014 dualcore
That card has a time bomb. You need to invest in a better card. The r4i gold 3ds from nds-card.com works perfectly and doesn't have a time bomb. I've had mine for a while and it's still working
If the card you buy is under $15 be sceptical.

Why CFW be a problem for r4 flashcards? But maybe you should update your card to the latest firmware released for on the official site

I formate the sd, and put all r4.dat and sdch files to the root and the
3DS dosen´t recognize the R4 :c
Everything in the R4i-SDHC folder goes in the root, I should've mentioned that. Also, is your SD card formatted to Fat or Fat32?

Well, I do know a hacked version of the r4i-sdhc.com kernel that will work on your card. I'll send you a link when I get home...
