Thank you for a lot of translation files and skin. However, MoonShell2 beta is an incomplete project.
The language definition and the skin file composition, etc. will change greatly in the future.
Please translate when the specification ends. thanks.

...and by Absolutely, what you really mean is "Absolutely not!".

The text you quoted has Moonlight thanking people who have sent him translations for the GUI, and asking them not to bother submitting any more translations until Moonshell2 is out of the beta stage.
Moonlight said that because the GUI development is ongoing - it could all be changed in the next version, which could make the translated content unusable.

I just downloaded and installed the latest beta on my Cyclo. On testing, I found the entire GUI text has not been translated at all.

That's exactly what i wanted to say. But perhaps my english is not so good.

No problem - it just looked to me like you were saying "Yes absolutely, Moonshell2.0beta4 is translated to English!".

Perhaps I need more sleep

Hm, just noticed this can run homebrew, but not commercial ROMs. If it ends up supporting commercial ROMs we could have a winner menu replacement on our hands
