FOUND ONE ON ANDROID! Theres this app on the play store called "File Converter" by Ice Cold Apps. It may not be as efficient as a program on computer, but it does the job. Hope this helps

in my case the moonshell just froze after i click the .dpg file using dpg 1 to 4 still resulting same thing,when i take out the memory card (yes,im running Flashcart's Moonshell Version And Works In TWL) Its Still Frozen,Its Meaning To Me That The File Didnt Load,Sorry For Bad English,Any Solution?
