A fatal error has occured!
The displayed filesize and the actual filesize are different.
Recovery Method;
Backup all files to hard disk,
and recopy after formatting card.
Application terminated

what the heck do i do now
its a fresh copy and nothing has been done or opened on it
i tried loading it with the other loaders that come with it
but on the directboot loader it said something about
QUOTEARM9 [Add chinese/japanese words here]
. Windows [Add chinese/japanese words here]
.SDFormatter [Add chinese/japanese words here]

As a result of the ARM7 / 9 memory check, the error was detected.
There is a loss in the main boy of The ARM9 code.
Please copy imgview.nds with Windows again.
The cause might be a loose connection of the equipment.[some random symbols here]

(I guessing you're using AKAIO 1.7) - Have you tried disabling the 'softreset' as well ??
Some Homebrew don't like it - perhaps MS2.1 is one of them

Did you install MS2.1 over an older version by any chance ??? - if so I suggest deleting all moonshell files & re-installing it 'clean'.
Ideally I would sugest formatting the card > Installing MS2 THEN AKAIO (THEN everything else)

- I'm guessing that you MAY have a corrupt file somewhere

yes im using 1.7 akaio
yes i tried disabling soft-reset but same error
i downloaded moonshell from the publisher's website

so i should format the card then install moonshell before akaio?

It always happens me when i change to a different version of moonshell on my AK2i, just take off all your files off your micro sd, then format it, then put back on all your files amd a clean version of moonshell. That should work, it works for me anyways

The same thing happened to me when running moonshell 2.09.
The SD card just has a loose connection to the cart just press it down when powering the ds

If formatting doesnt work, on the moonshl2 folder, look for the moonshl2.ini file, open it with notepad, look for the always disabled disk check and set it 0 instead of 1.

that should fix the problem.

the problem is with the moonshell having the error not the ak2i
