The facts:
- I dislike the N64's analogstick
- After fixing it, it wears out after ~one week of usage.
- I've got a spare Gamecube analogstick-unit
The idea:
Well, I thought of the idea to mod the original analogstick to something more durable, like the PS/Gamecube/Xbox analogsticks. Yet I don't know if it's even possible or if the N64 uses some sort of fucked up analog-control-unit....
But since you can also interchange the PSP's analognub with a normal analogstick I thought that this would be of no problem... BUT - I haven't found anything on the internet yet - like a how-to, instructions or whatever.
So are there any clever Tempers out there who may have already modded their controllers the way I'd like to do and could help me out?
