Is there a software exploit for Nintendo Switch OLED on 20.3.0 without modchip? For example like any CVE exploit or a signed RCM payload whatever it takes.

Well I did want a modded switch but not a modchip since I have no soldering experience and professional installation is too expensive (like £110 here)

NO, PLEASE READ ALL POSTS ABOUT THAT ON THIS SITE.

But I still would like the OLED display and improved battery life of the OLED model

THERE IS NO SOFTWARE EXPLOIT FOR SWITCH SINCE FW 4.1.0 AND WILL BE NO NEW ONE ON SEVERAL DECADES.

THE ONLY WAY IS A HARDWARE MODCHIP. PERIOD!

Then how to downgrade it
OFW CAN NOT be downgraded, there are no vulnerabilities on the HOS to allow you downgrade. And even if you de-solder the emmc of your console, somehow you get the keys, decrypt the content, and put a lower firmware Big N put safeties on place to avoid downgrade so the console get bricked.

and if you open the console and remove the emmc PUT A MODCHIP.

Well, I have no soldering experience and professional installation Is too expensive for me. What do you expect me to be made of money or something?! And if they mess up my switch that’s another £300 on top…

Things are how they are, today for use a CFW there is only two options:

On vulnerable consoles use the RCM exploit to mod the console.

On the others consoles use a ModChip.

Period. there is no other option. you can not change the reality with wishes (Contrary to what the masses have told you)

What size soldering iron tip is best for working with a switch then because I’m getting a soldering iron kit soon, the smallest size is 0.2mm is that ok or does it have to be smaller

OLED modchip installation is hardest of all models and most likely to fail. I'd suggest NOT modding it yourself, else you will spend £300 for your now broken switch, lets say £50 for soldering station, another £50 for hot air station (already at the cost of professional modchip) and finally, £300 for new switch. :D
