[mod release] Somari Mania beta

basically you play as Somari in sonic mania, for now it's very basic, i still need to add more sprites and correct some others.
i used somari sprites from the NES game but i had to make some customs.
this mod have some random things i wanted to make just for fun

yeah i know, it's beta, but you can get the files and use another tool to extract the data, and install them manually, its very easy, but i thought people would be lazy to do it so i put the link to this mod menager
