yes, I didn't say it, but Dimok did in his changelog:
if you dump your USB WiiU hdd file system, and copy it to your FAT32 HDD, then it will use it as if it's an official WiiU HDD.
copy "usr" folder to your first FAT32 primary partition (I guess no GPT support?), and the wiiU will detect it as a formatted WIIU HDD.
You can add games manually to the usr folder (don't use WUP Installer!) and it will be listed and playable from USB.
