Missing components on HAC-CPU-20 board

So I got this board from ebay, apparently it 'just stopped working one day'

But it looks like someone has attempted a repair on it already and there are some missing components I think (solder pads with nothing on them)

Does anyone have access to a HAC-CPU-20 board that could post a good photo of this area and readings of any missing components? The only board I have right now is a HAC-CPU-01 which is almost identical but I don't want to order 200x 10k ohm 0201 resistors if it ends up being a vastly different value.

Appreciated if anyone can help :)
