I really need to stop delaying installing al9lh. My QA dept. depends on it.

Is themehax installed for 9.2? Has to be installed and working.

Second thing if that isn't the issue - can you run minipasta? (does it blackscreen or reboot to home menu?)

I have a problem on N3ds 9.2. miniCia shows the text ( in upload image) and becomes a black screen. I tried to use minipasta. But minipasta just started and immediately shuts down.

I had the same problem and it turned out to be al9h causing the issue. If you have al9h installed and running anything above a 9.0/9.2 sysnand, minicia will fail in the manner you described. If that is not your case, it could be a botched downgrade.

Run the program in my sig first to verify if the downgrade went wrong. More than 4 mismatched titles should confirm there was a problem.

This minipasta in this app is the ordinary <=9.2 one (for stability). But you can use miniPasta2 on 9.4 to downgrade safely to 9.2 using a sysupdater.cia.

And @Smelmon , what gameking said. NATIVE FIRM is the most important title and minipasta depends on it being right vers.

There are people that want to just launch Legit CIAs in which this would be useful.

Any reason we can't just use svcHax/mch to install the FBI CIA via ARM11 before rebooting into sigpatches?

There are people that want to just launch Legit CIAs in which this would be useful.

hmm. After a cia installer is installed, an existing app (sysupdater, devmen, FBI), can be used for that. No sense in reinventing the wheel.
I really don't want this app to do anything other than what it's intended for: installing a starter cia.

You simply run the downgrader again to finish installing that last crucial title.

Is safesysupdater blocking you from downgrading?

Make sure you have the correct new3ds 9.2.0E downgrade pack and press Y. Given you haven't bricked I'm sure you have the right one already.

Try the one I linked you a few more times. If it doesn't work, you may have a softbrick and you need to update to 10.7 and try again.
Listen to others advice before you update, maybe they have a better idea.

I put miniPasta in the 3ds folder but still shows the initial text on screen like it's going to install then hangs on a black screen infinitely. :/
