Gaming Minecraft trouble

Me and my friends are trying to set up a Minecraft Server. We pretty much succeeded, but the only problem is that everyone has the name "Player", which means we all get kicked out when others try to connect and we get a message "connected from another location". Anyone has an idea on how to fix that?
