Nintendon’t BBA and 8 Player Mario Kart DD

Hi, I am currently setting up a Maro Kart LAN using USB LAN Adapters and 2 Wiis, connected via crossover.

The general setup is working great, the Wiis see each other quite fast, but my question is has anyone have experience with the stability when playing with 8 players?

Will I get connection problems every few races or will it hold up for a night of LAN gaming?

If anyone did this before with this setup please let me know. It’s hard to test without having actually set up and organize the actual players.

had no issues many years ago. But those were younger days for these consoles and discs. Now that all the elements in the equation are aging, I guess ymmv. let us know!

So, the Mario Kart DD LAN was held and it was a blast. Was incredibly stable and in 4 hours we only experienced two lag slowdown. Other then that I can say that 8 player 2 Wii setup via crossover is stable.
