Homebrew Mii Installer error

I just had to format my wii and send it in to get repaired, but before that happened I went and backed up all the mii's i made and downloaded with the Mii downloader app. problem is when i try to install them again i get a -103 or something close to that error

any ideas?

DVDx installed
cIOS 36 & 37 installed

What app you use to install them?
