I really not get the point why spend so much money, just to get the switch 2 banned at the end, no good games yet for it.... just buy a cheap used switch one and use the migswitch there O_o ?!
For me, Switch 2 is essentially a Switch Pro. The only Switch 1 I may consider would be the OLED model.

Local Update between 2 switch 2.

One for mig use 100% offline (maybe banned)
and one for online playing (my own games original carts) not banned.

Super Mario 3d All Stars 100% working

Is this the one where you insert the MigFlash into your online Switch 2 with torrented games but don't start the games to get the updates for your offline switch 2? And your online Switch 2 is not banned for just inserting the game?

Thanks for sharing this.

In your tests, it shows you tried from a CFW it appears Switch 1. Are those game updates downloaded from the Internet or Nintendo's servers?

I've never used Goldleaf, Am I guessing that is how you're getting the game updates?

Updates are downloaded from the Internet, installed on the CFW and transferred locally to Switch 2.

No, Goldleaf is not used to download updates, but to install them (analog DBI). The point is that some updates installed via Goldleaf are transferred to Switch 2, but those installed via DBI are not.

Switch 2 legal (Used for update mig torrent games) not banned yet.

Okay, but what is the logic in doing it this way? I thought it was safe to use the Mig Switch in offline mode, without the risk of a ban.
I think that is true only for switch 1. People are still unsure about offline logging and reporting on switch 2.

I see. I might be mistaken, but I thought the only bans on Switch 2 were for people who used the pre-1.2.0 Mig firmware, or played pirated games whilst connected to the internet.

dbi intentionally destroys the ticket and replaces it with a fake ticket when installing any nsp

use anything besides dbi and all updates will transfer fine to another console, as long as the update nsp is untouched with correct signatures

Does DBI not only modify the common tickets if the tickets have already been tampered with?

If it always breaks the signature, then I'd consider that a bug imo. No reason to modify unmodified common tickets.

as far as I know it just blanket ignores the nsp ticket to write its own instead, because duckbill is lazy and this is an easy way to fix how incompetent the scene has been with writing tickets

it didn't use to be that way, dbi in older versions just installed the nsp ticket directly, then master key 0x10 happened and it became a problem. duckbill's solution was to ignore the ticket and rewrite it every time on install as a way to fix bad fake tickets

to his credit, it works, but it breaks the use case where you would want to share updates with other consoles that don't have cfw

it would be better to check the ticket signature and only replace the ticket is the signature is bad, but that's additional work and it's his program he works on in his free time and he does what he wants

So why? If there is no logical reason. Why not just use mig offline. Go online get update. Go offline. Continue using mig?
You are not understanding... i use two switch 2...
One for online and only update games from mig and another one to use with mig 100% offline... the online switch im using it for updating games only and play my switch 2 games.

Yes, but we're asking WHY, though. WHY are you using two Switch 2s. Why is there a risk of getting banned if you never play pirated games online? Why don't you just use a single Switch 2?
