That'll be like 9/11 for most MIG owners.we will have dozens of ban reports in the next 48-72hrs
i tried too and it wouldn't work for me, maybe i was just doing something wrong. could you make a video or something?Hey guys, just a quick tip. If you use MIG Switch with your Switch 2 and keep it offline to avoid getting banned, you can also transfer game updates and improvements from your Switch 1 to your Switch 2. I tested it myself, from CFW Switch1 FW 19.0.1 to Switch2 FW 20.1.1, and you don't need WLAN/Internet for it!!!
Excuse my poor English

I don't understand your problem, but I find it cheeky to accuse me of using something I don't even have. Who said I have a MIG Switch? I only described how to update from Switch 1 to Switch 2, and I can only shake my head at thatYou people are mad you bought a brand new Switch 2 knowing Nintendo’s new terms and conditions on it and you used a mig in it! You deserve a ban that’s all I can say
Mig has a perfectly legitimate use, collecting all your cartridges in one. It's no different than taking CDs that you own, turning them into, MP3, and storing most of them on a single CD. Same for converting movies for playback on a portable device. Nintendo may not like it, but there is precedent for doing these things with other media. Yes, they do open the door to piracy, but that doesn't mean it can't have a legitimate use as well. You people are mad you bought a brand new Switch 2 knowing Nintendo’s new terms and conditions on it and you used a mig in it! . I have a 2nd one for anything else.
Anything you might’ve done differently than the banned fellows?i was gonna wait but got antsy to see. i'm still not banned
basically just keeping it offline then formatting the sd card and doing a factory reset while still offline. idk if Nintendo would store bannable stuff on the sd card tho, just testing it out.Anything you might’ve done differently than the banned fellows?
I'm not taking sides here but lets be realistic. How many people do you think genuinely use it in the legal way?Mig has a perfectly legitimate use, collecting all your cartridges in one. Same number of people who use CFW for homebrew.I'm not taking sides here but lets be realistic. How many people do you think genuinely use it in the legal way?
More than the number of people who install cfw. With cfw you can pirate and get away with it. It's pretty well documented that mig flash cannot be used for piracy without a ban no matter what. It's also plug-n-play, making it more accessible. I strictly use my MIG flash for legitimate backups (still no ban for anyone wondering)I'm not taking sides here but lets be realistic.
