Hacking MicroSD/CF Speed Test

So I wanted a way to measure and benchmark the speed of a microSD card to see if it can run CastlevaniaoR. So is the best program I found so far. I posted tool for measuring the speed of your card directly from your DS in the download section: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=1381

It's called "Speed Tester for LibFat w/ DLDI Support" and it sees how fast the access times. Team Cyclops thinks that any card with an access time less than 0.7 milliseconds should be fine. Is there a better way to quantify the speeds of a microSD card?! Please tell me!!
