I have a 64GB microSDXC card, which I want to use to homebrew my Wii U, but "the SD card is unusable" (according to the Wii Mode), although I have formatted it to FAT32 via guiformat and the partition is MBR. I have it used before on computer. What is the problem? I have a DS game (bought it from eShop), I have placed everything correctly.

Seems that I "need to format the SD card to FAT32", although I already had. ("FSGetMountSource failed. Please insert a FAT32 formatted sd card.") Also, (I don't know if this would help) I set the allocation unit size to 32768.

That's correct: but just in case the console cares (not sure), did you also set the correct type in the partition table (should be 0C I think but check in a list of mbr partition type codes)?
