Hacking MicroSD card for DSI+Acekard2i

hi guys!

I need some help with choosing the right memory card for my DSI running with the acekard 2i.Im not very good with those things so maybe can help me out?

Ive readed on some posts that i should go for a class 6 memory card?Does this really make a difference?

Here are some of the card i found

The second one is written turbo i have no idea what difference it is but will both be compatible with my dsi and acekard2i?
