Gaming MGS: Twin Snakes switching discs help

Ok, I looked the compatibility guide for Twin Snakes Disc 1 and 2 NTSC-U and found this

480p; works on GCOS but need to burn each disc non-GCOS (direct) to properly switch discs mid-game, can be circumvented with a disc 2 save

Don't understand what it means to burn each disc non-GCOS to switch discs mid-game. I was planning on making disc 1 and 2 into a multi-ISO. Am I suppose to burn them both seperately?

anyone know the answer to this as i cant figure it out either.

should i burn to multidisc? separate discs? or not bother at all?

i tried burning both to one disc, loaded disc 1, loads fine, create a save file fine, plays opening movie, after talk of nukes and submarines it crashes every time..

burnout 2 works fine
f zero gx works most of the time
star wars rogue squadron 3 works sometimes but fails a lot

am i doing something wrong?

non-GCOS means you have to burn each on a separate discs without GCOS?

Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean is also a two disk game but this can be burned on a Multi Disk ISO.

Lots of gamecube games have been dumped bad. Some of those games don't work correctly and need an extra patch or fix in order to work correct. Read the commends from the place where you downloaded the games it could be that there are people with similar problems. Maybe you could find your fix there.
