forget TRM and his oot2d, its been 4 years and he has nothing but a few mockups and very basic tech demos anyone could make, however there are about 15 other oot2d's being made in spite of trm.. which isnt really all that impressive anyways

speaking of unimpressive, this MP2d is pretty bad, awkward sprites and an engine that doesnt really come together.. they should really use SMILE and romhack super metroid, you can make completely new platformers out of it, its the perfect engine to hack, and theres no way a group of fans can recreate the perfect controls in super metroid.

so yeah, indie games yay, fan games nay except for mine
