Well I hope it is. Original uploader says he got it fro a friend who works at a games store. Also has a picture of actual case and disc on the site. He also confirms it works with Wiiflow. Don't know about other loaders though.

the game will work untill you finish the tutorial then it tries to play a cutscene and it freezes. do me a favor when your torrent finishes send me a pm if your still on of the scrubbed size of the game.
