Hardware Message: "a new system update is avaible" - deactivate

Hello Community,

i have a problem with my new 3ds xl CFW. Erverytime if i bootup receive a notification "a new system update is avaible". how i can deactivate/delete this massage......I am afraid that I will do it accidentally

If you have luma, you can safely update to any version.
