Yes. You can use something like NxNandManager to dump your emuNAND and restore it to your sysNAND. I recommend backing up your sysNAND beforehand if you haven't already done so.
When you're done, you will need to move some SD folder contents around so they comport with the sysNAND instead of the emuNAND.
