Hacking ? Menu Error

Right, I know that this is a common error on this forum but i have tried at least 5 different solutions from different threads. None of which worked. I still get the same error with any micro sd card I use. The flashcart I have is a r4i sdhc dual core 2020. The official kernel doesn't work. If anyone could provide any pointers or help towards a solution that would be greatly appreciated.

Remove the SD card and shine a bright torch into the micro SD card slot to check all the pins look OK. None are missing, bent or dirty.

This seems some Files or the complete Menu/Kernel is maybe incorrect/missing and/or corrupt.
