Member of the Moment

Member of the moment on the front page, Why is Member of the moment just a random member of the boards, instead of a member who can actually be deemed worthy 'member of the moment'?. I think Member of the Moment should be based upon most active member wthin a few days or based upon merit(i.e. contribution, information etc), not some dude who has zero posts.

Can this be done?

Nah, it's just a standard IPB feature that randomly selects a member from the database.

Someone could probably make a seperate script that does the same sort of thing but from selected "worthy" members, but I'm no good with that stuff.

I personally think the feature is a useless resource and have actually been wondering whether to remove it completely lately..

Well uhh... Demonstar its random, and considering you've only been here a few months I doubt you will have. I havent been on there either, but you dont see me complaining.
