Hello all!

I have looked into the request topic (its huge)
I wanted to ask if anyone is busy translating this game.
If none is then I want to know what the easiest way is to translate it.
I already opened the rom file in notepad ++(hax edit) found some text and tried to translate it..
Is their any program to easly translate it? Hax editing is not realy my thing...
I would love too help or translate it.
All i need is a easy tool :P since my hax editing skills is bad :P.
I really want to play this game ><

Greets,

There's no such thing as an easy tool when it comes to romhacking.

Best tool for translating the game? The Japanese language. If you learn it, you'll have the best tool for translating it.
No I mean for editing the text :P translating is not a problem

hex editing. not "hax" editing. If you can't even get that right, there is little chance of you realistically completing a translation project. And there isn't an easy way to do this sort of thing. You will have to learn to understand romhacking.net and FAST6191's documentation if you want to do this.

I can provide you with the tools. If you are/have a translator then send me a PM.

Edit: I should have the read whole thread before posting. If any translators are willing to pick this up then PM me.

It might be a theory but isnt most text findable by specific hex code?
A tool that can find and edit those parts would make it easier to translate.

No it isn't. Hex editing can only get so far. A sentence in another language doesn't exactly have the same length as another. If you went with just hex edits, all hell would break loose. You need to unpack/decrypt any files, modify them, repack them, and then reinsert it into the game...and even then, it doesn't fix all of the problems that could occur.
And this isn't even mentioning the fact that you were planning on a google translated translation. That in itself is a world of failures.
