Hacking May have ruined my card after a NTR flash..

I had a really cheap maybe fake R4 that I got from ebay which I finally managed to get working after locating the right firmware files.
I successfully used the NTR flash method to hack another 3ds I had laying around.
After flashing the card back to normal I end up getting a "FAKE CARD RETURN TO RETAILER" message when my cart tries to load now.
I fear I may have overwrote the original back up with the R4SDHC one from https://hax.b4k.co/3ds/guide?p=installing-boot9strap-(ntrboot)
Though it actually SAYS loading.. I still get this error message..
Does this mean that my card is done for?
Has someone here had an issue similar to this before?
Is this even fixable?

Also have you tired Retro's files?

The cart is for r4i sdhc I believe.. I used the files from that site to get it to work originally. I have not tried Retro's files yet. Let me try this out..

well shit.. I just used a different method from the https://hax.b4k.co/3ds/guide?p=installing-boot9strap-(ntrboot) site and it ended up working.. cant believe it...
