After lot of hard work my new theme finished!

Yoshi's Christmas Island

(more at the end of this post)

A few days left 'til christmas and what's better than celebrating it with our lovely Yoshi? I've edited every icon possible - expect for the folders ones. Also, thanks to the overlay images, you have a snow effect on your app icons!

What it also included:
- Boot screen, sound (thanks to JJTapia19 for allowing me to use it, check out his awesome themes!)
- Reboot screen
- Background music (Athletic theme)
- All sound effects (made by JJTapia19, thanks again)
- Top screen image for the information page
- Progress wheel (thanks to JJTapia19!)

Do you know if his Top translucent panels are apart of theme or not. If they are maybe having like a 5-10px offset from the bottom and a 3-5px off set from the right would make this theme even better. I mainly don't like how the grid launcher logo covers the panel and how it is touching the right side but other then that like I said. Amazing work @GoYoshi

Yeah the pannel is part of the wallpaper. You could disable the hbl logo in the theme settings it covers up lakitu too.

I did that. The thing that is still ticking me off is how it touches the right and bottom side. even a 5px offset would make me happier then I am now

i noticed this with other themes too. I think it would work if full screen banners also used wallpapertopinfo.png too. I'll create a issue on github to let @mashers know.

I did three new versions for the top screen image:

1) the white pseudo panel is cut of on the right (there's also a small gap at the bottom but you can't see it because of the BG)
2) a more transparent panal
3) no panel

Just download one of them and rename it to

wallpapertop.png

Excellent point, thanks guys, and thanks for logging it as an issue. I definitely agree that wallpapertopinfo should be used with a full screen banner. I kind of regret that choice of file name now, but in any case I'll make a change so it is used with full screen banners.

I love it, but I have a request. Is there any way you could make the picture slightly bigger and shift it so that the icon is over Madoka's face(or lack therof). I feel like it would get more of her dress on the bottom and provide a distinct spot for the icon up top.

If not I'll just mirror the images so her head isn't near the icon at all.

I've made my own in the past, but without the original image I can't blow up the size without noticeable quality loss. Downscaling is easy. Upscaling is not.

I'm also not nearly as good as you are at making continuous images across two screens. I've tried it before with my Suika home menu theme. Great work with that.

Because i failed my youtube tutorial
(because i am so bad at making tutorials...)
But maybe there are some people that can use This Template & GridLauncher Pack to make his own skins with gimp.
