We all know food is really diverse all around the world, so I'm interested to hear if any of you have a favorite dish from your country or native home that you would like to share!
My favorite one for me would be "mole," from Mexico, specifically "black mole" with chicken. Traditionally, it is a chili pepper and spice-based thick sauce that tends to go out with some type of meat and side grain, but there are a lot of different types of moles depending on the region, and they can go from salty to even some using chocolate to add more flavor! Some even use filled jalapeños instead of meat.
