Hacking markio switch softmodding in 2023?

im looking into how to softmod mariko switches and i think im on the right track but i want to hear if anyone here has any exploit that may not seem like it would work and also make sure on specifically how nintendo patched mariko switches, is it you cant enter RCM is it you cant secure the permissions to use custom firmware?

You can enter RCM mode but you can't push any payload.

Hardmod is your only option at the moment, there is no softmod for Mariko above 4.1.0
