Gaming MarioKartWii: Where can I get a Multi Channel BRSTM compiler?

So I have collected some 32 songs for MKWii, and have CTGP installed in the Homebrew Channel. I have exported all of the songs as WAV, and now I am ready to make some Multi Channel BRSTM's. I already have BrawlBox for regular BRSTM, but the only problem is, I cannot find a program to make Multi Channel BRSTM's. Does somebody have a program that is compatible with Windows 7? It cannot be the GUI, as the batch file compiler is designed for Windows 10. Don't tell me to just download someone else's music. I already have mine ready to convert.

Try LoopingAudioConverter or VGAudio, BrawlBox is really bad at working with BRSTM and other audio files.

This tool should also be mostly compatible with Windows 7, but you would need development tools on your computer to compile it yourself because there are no official windows release builds:

The third one says that it requires C++ programming. Windows 7 is not built with C++, so I may have to download a secondary program. VG might work, however.
