Misc Mario Strikers Error 86070 Help!!

Everytime me and my friend try to connect to a game on Mario Strikers and once I try to invite my friend it comes up with a screen saying Error 86070 data transmission fail and uit gets out of the screen. We can play Mario Kart on WFC fine with no problems. My friend also versed another friend of mine on Strikers and they played without any problems. Please help!
