is it possible to play MSC with my freinds that are in a ntsc system while im playing in a pal or no ?

you should be able to because i vs people who are from like japan and stuff all the time online (an reck them) but im not sure

I think that you can play randomly against people out of your region but friend code is region locked as in you cannot have a USA friend code on a PAL wii.

I didn't find anything on the nintendo website, and i've played with lots of americans (i don't think ALL of them have pal consoles), so i'd say there's no retsrictions. But I really don't know...

Mario Strikers Charged 's friend codes are in fact region locked I believe...

Edit: Also... how is this, in any way a theory?
