Gaming Mario Kart Wii Level Editor

i have a question for mario kart wii
is a level/trackeditor available for PC?
it would be enough to open the tracks for viewing them...
i have seen an editor but i think this one has been for Mario Kart DS Tracks
i just ask, because i would like to take a closer look to the raceways and maybe make some screens

There's an editor named SZS Modifier which allow you to view/edit/browse repository track on the author's server.
That program can even load New super mario Wii level's arc files, or any other games using the same file format.

so i could possibly open the tracks from mario kart wii with this tool?

Yes, that's what this tool is used for.

extract your .szs files from the iso using wiiscrubber or Trucha signer, and open them with szs modifier.
I don't remember if the program can read the iso and list all the tracks without extracting first.
