Mario Kart Wii iso in my stuff folder?

I've been scouring the tockdom mkw wiki for tutorials on how to fully add custom characters ( adding the textures in the character selection screen et c.) and I play mkw on the vwii in the wii u with riivolution. I've been following tutorials on editing isos and changing the szs files, but how would you put all this in the my stuff folder of my sd card?

No I already have ctgp, I wanted to put characters in using the MyStuff folder. I know that I can just move all the kart szs files in and get the character working in game but how do I get the character to display in the selection screen.
